Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate is an American mixed martial artist. She was born on August 18 in 1986. She is currently a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is the former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was previously a Strikeforce female bantamweight champion. Tate was also vice-president of ONE Championship. She is currently ranked in the top 10 in the UFC women’s bantamweight rankings as at October 3 2022.



 



 Early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. Tate was born in Tacoma, Washington. She was a tomboy during her childhood and frequently was on the playground alongside other boys.
